The candidate can ask questions, and then the hiring managers will select the resumes they feel are the best fit.
Scotiabank hosted a networking session at York University on March 26 for persons with disabilities. Students were able to connect with hiring managers from the
Retail Banking sector with regards to the Personal Banking Officer Trainee position and Customer Representative 4-Month Internship position.
Conclusion
The survival skills that individuals with disabilities learn are often transferable to businesses. It’s this ingenuity and not necessarily taking the straight path that teaches them to succeed.
