TIME WITH THE ARB: Eight months
REFLECTION ON TIME WITH THE ARB: “I started with the ARB as an HR Coordinator and quickly got promoted to the position of HR Director. Unlike most of the staff at ARB, I was already a graduate before I joined ARB and even then my time with ARB has been an tremendously positive investment towards my career. This opportunity gave me insight not only in matters in HR, but also in publishing and entrepreneurship. ARB has a lot to offer to students and recent graduates; positive attitude and a thirst to prove oneself. If you are someone looking to enter the work force and are having hard time finding entry level work, I would recommend joining Arbitrage Magazine.”
