Putting Your Eyes at Risk?


Regardless of what we do now, we always have the need of using digital technologies. This directly opens the door to potential harm for our eyes when we stare at digital screens for a very long time. Computer Vision Syndrom (CVS), or as we might call it “Digital Eye Strain”, is caused by the excessive use of digital devices which requires our eyes to refocus for clarity when we view digital contents. This strain injury has been one of the most common computer-related health concerns that arises in the past decade and yet very little people are aware of its existences or has heard of the name. What other affects are there and how can we minimize these damages to our eyes?
