Become an ARB TV Reporter

The Arbitrage Magazine is always on the hunt for young and talented ARB TV video journalists.

If you’re interested in shooting videos about the latest trends and happenings in business, technology, and/or politics, AND having your videos be seen by thousands of Arbitrage readers, then this is your opportunity to get involved!

No formal training is required, simply a knack for video production, a strong video personality or voiceover voice, and a balanced journalistic mind.

To have your videos promoted on the ARB TV platform, all you need to do is the following:

1. Contact someone from the ARB team to let them know that you’re interested in shooting video for the ARB. Email us at: ARBTV (at) ArbitrageMagazine.com

2. Create an awesome video that fits the ARB’s journalistic themes. What are those theme’s you ask? The ARB covers just about everything under the sun these days, but with a business angle (even if the business angle is squeezed in with a few sentences). We try to always discuss new topics or bring fresh angles to old subjects. We also like to focus on trends that will affect peoples lives 5-10-20 years down the line, and cover subjects before they become mainstream. We like high concept ideas and ideas that explain the world in new ways. So you can think of us like a hybrid of Wired magazine and the Economist.

3. Download this ARBTV video intro and include it at the beginning of your video (you can replace the intro sound where appropriate).

4. Sign our ARBTV Video Sharing Agreement and use our ARBTV release form when interviewing subjects.

5. Upload your finished video (with the video release forms) as a zip file to the ARB’s FTP link that we will give you.

Once the video is received, the ARB team will check to make sure it fits our editorial focus and voice. If it does, it will be uploaded to the ARBTV channel and promoted across all our social media and newsletters.
